The Coliform and E. coli Field Filtration Kit features Hach’s m-ColiBlue24® Broth and Millipore’s Portable filter assembly, Push Fit funnels and Millipore membranes to simplify membrane filtration testing in the field. m-ColiBlue24® Broth simultaneously detects total coliforms and E. coli in 24 hours.
The kit includes all the necessary materials and apparatus for convenient, efficient field operations, and comes in a carrying case for easy storage.
Contains: 40 m-ColiBLue24® broth ampules, 150 Push Fit funnels and S-Pak filters (Millipore), 1 Microfil Stand Alone support (Millipore), 1 Syringe/tubing vacuum device, 50 petri dishes (50 mm, sterile) with nutrient pad, 50 sterile, individually wrapped 10 ml pipets (poly), 50 sterile sample bags with dechlorinating agent, alcohol burner and 100 ml of isopropyl alcohol, illuminated magnifier (5x), pipette filler, forceps, ampule breaker and procedure documentation.
