Low profile increases efficiency and reduces spill risk. Easy-to-read digital temperature settings features a flashing warning (CAUTION! HOT TOP) when the surface exceeds 50°C. Low-profile design to improve safety. Detachable cord. Built-in support rod holder (order support rod separately). Operating temperature range: 5 to 540°C (41 to 1004°F) Stirring range of 60-1200 RPM.
