（1）The operation of aspiration

1. Connect the proper nozzle;

2. Put the nozzle of the mini pipette vertically 1-6mm below the liquid surface (depending on the size of the pipette);

0.1-10ul capacity mini pipette goes 1-2mm below the liquid surface

2-200ul capacity mini pipette goes 2-3mm below the liquid surface

1-5ml capacity pipettes enter 3-6mm below the liquid surface

Note: In order to make the measurement accurate, the nozzle can be pre-washed 3 times,

that is, repeated suction and discharge of liquid 3 times.

3. Slowly slide the control button back to its original position;

4. Wait for 1-3 seconds before the mini pipette removes the liquid;

(2) Draining operation

1. Put the suction nozzle against the inner wall of the capacity at a certain angle;

2. Slowly press the control button to the first gear and wait for about 1-3 seconds;

3. Slow release control button;

(3) Maintenance

1. If the liquid accidentally enters the piston chamber, the contaminants should be removed in time;

2. After the mini pipette is used, adjust the range of the pipette to the maximum value, and place

the pipette vertically on the pipette rack;

3. According to the frequency of use, all pipettes should be regularly washed with soapy water

or sterilized with 60% isopropyl alcohol, then washed with double distilled water and dried;

4. Avoid placing it at a high temperature to prevent deformation and leakage or inaccuracy;
