Technical Data

When using the pressure steam sterilizer, the following requirements should be strictly followed:

1. In order to ensure safe use, ensure that the power cord of the autoclave has a good grounding.

2. The autoclave should be placed in a suitable environment, should be ventilated and dry, and free of inflammable and explosive materials.

3. Do not disassemble the safety valve, the lead seals and screws on the steam release valve, etc.

4. The items stacked in the sterilizer should not exceed 4/5 of the volume, otherwise there will be potential safety hazards.

5. When the sealing ring is attached with oil, it is easy to damage the colloid and cause air leakage, which should be avoided as much as possible.

6. Chemicals that cause explosion or sudden pressure increase in contact with the steam medium cannot be sterilized with a sterilizer.

7. When stacking sterilized items, it should be ensured that enough space is left, and the air outlet holes of the safety valve and the steam release

valve cannot be blocked, so as to ensure the smoothness of the air and ensure safety.

8. The liquid should be filled in a heat-resistant glass bottle for sterilization. The liquid should not exceed 3/4 of the bottle volume. The bottle mouth

should not use perforated rubber or cork stoppers, but cotton gauze stoppers.

9. Do not put items of different types and different sterilization requirements together for sterilization.

10. After the sterilization is over, the steam cannot be released immediately, and the residual gas must be discharged after the pointer of the pressure

gauge returns to zero.

11. The pressure gauge of the autoclave should be calibrated regularly and replaced in time if necessary.

12. Check the safety valve regularly, and replace it immediately when it fails.

13. Always check the sealing of the sealing ring and replace it in time.

14. After the autoclave is used, the water in the container should be removed, and if there is scale on the container or electric heating pipe, it should

also be cleaned to prolong the life.
