Milk freezing point meter is used to accurately detect the addition of water in milk. Since milk has various ingredients such as fat and protein dissolved in it, the freezing point of milk is lower than that of water. The freezing point of normal milk is -0.52~0.53℃ on average, while the freezing point of water is 0℃. If water is added to milk, the freezing point of the whole sample will rise. Under normal circumstances adulterated with water 1%, the freezing point of the mixed sample rises about 0.0053, when adulterated with water 100%, the temperature rises to 0.530 ℃, then the instrument shows the freezing point temperature of 0 ℃, and shows that adulteration is 100%. Freezing point meter is the use of temperature probes to mix the temperature of the freezing point of the sample measured, the use of the internal formula to calculate the percentage of milk samples mixed with water.
