Instrument Introduction:

The wheat flour processing accuracy tester measures the powder color, gluten content, number of gluten stars per unit area, * large gluten star area, and whiteness of wheat flour. The difference in gluten content between two measurements of the same sample is less than 10% of the arithmetic mean, and the repeatability of the chromaticity value is Δ E * ab ≤ 0.5
