Intelligent seed analysis system

Purpose

The seed testing and analysis system is used for seed testing of various crops (such as grains, corn, wheat, rapeseed, etc.), as well as pest counting and analysis of various grain depots. It can also be used for counting insects or eggs with a smooth surface (such as rice weevils, aphids, silkworm eggs, fish seeds, etc.), and as a seed cleanliness workbench for seed cleanliness inspection.

Main technical indicators

1. A 12 million pixel color camera with a large depth of field and an A3 format ultra-thin backlight board, with automatic correction characteristics for camera image distortion and backlight board uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors.

2. ★ Able to automatically analyze a large number of seed particle images after imaging. The seed particle diameter analyzed by photography is 0.5-20mm. The solid grains and grains of rice seeds need to be selected by wind, and then counted and analyzed separately.

3. ★ The fully automatic counting speed ranges from 1200 to 20000 particles per minute, with a counting error of ≤ ± 0.1 to 0.4%. With minimal monitoring and correction, it achieves * * * accuracy. The accuracy error of fully automatic thousand grain weight analysis is ≤ ± 0.5%. For smaller diameter seeds (such as rapeseed and vegetable seeds), the number of seeds tested in a single batch ranges from 5000 to 10000.

8. You can choose to add/delete with the mouse, or manually count on the screen with the mouse to ensure personalized counting of the correct target area. You can also count within any selected range or rectangular range in the workspace view.

9. The analysis image results can be saved and can automatically form a total report. The statistical analysis results can be output and saved to an Excel sheet. And output arrangement and measurement charts based on width, length, area, etc.
