Product Introduction

The Hengmei brand fully automatic rotary sample counting device is an economical and practical counting equipment developed based on the integration of international counting devices such as Japan, the United States, Germany, and France, combined with China’s national conditions. It is not only widely used for counting various crop seeds, melon and vegetable seeds, but also for fast and accurate counting of small workpieces, pearls, medicinal grains, and other items. All technical indicators are at the international leading level.

Compared with traditional particle counting instruments, the Hengmei multifunctional particle counting instrument is equipped with an automatic rotating material receiving machine. After the sample receiving cup quantitatively receives particles, it rotates to the second sample cup, automatically timing, counting, and rotating for material division, which meets the needs of users for average sample division and has a higher degree of automation.

Component Name and Function

1. Host

(1) Vibration disk: The vibration disk is the core of the entire machine, using the principle of spiral vibration screen to automatically queue up materials along the track.

(2) Manual knob: The screw that fixes the vibration disc. When disassembling or replacing the vibration disc, simply unscrew the screw.

(3) Photoelectric box: The particle counter can accurately count, mainly relying on photoelectric detection. The photoelectric box is equipped with far-infrared emission and reception devices. For each particle passed through, it blocks the light once, outputs a pulse, and the counter adds one.

(4) Funnel: Organic glass funnels not only transmit light but also collect particles into the cup, preventing particles from splashing onto the outside of the cup.
