Working principle:

The traditional moisture measurement generally adopts the oven drying method. The test of a sample takes two or three or even three or four hours, and it is also necessary to weigh the sample on a balance and calculate it manually to get the moisture value (water content) of the sample. The low efficiency of the oven method of moisture measurement cannot meet the production needs of high-paced enterprises. The Lucky brand rapid moisture analyzer uses a high-efficiency drying heater-a high-quality ring halogen lamp to heat the sample quickly and evenly, and the moisture of the sample is continuously dried. During the entire measurement process, the instrument automatically displays the measurement results in real time: sample weight, water content, solid content, measurement time, heating temperature, etc.

This series of rapid moisture analyzers uses the principle of the international oven drying method. The test results are well consistent with the moisture test by the oven method, but the working efficiency is much higher than that by the oven method. Generally, it only takes a few minutes to measure a sample, so it is favored and well received by users.
