1. General Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with tracking information (if applicable).
- Shipping within Bangladesh: We currently offer shipping services to all regions of Bangladesh.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We do not process orders on Fridays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
a. Local Delivery (Dhaka Only)
- Delivery Time: Same-day or next-day delivery within Dhaka city limits.
b. Out of Dhaka
- Delivery Time: 1–3 working days for most locations within Bangladesh.
- Availability: Available for all regions.
4. Shipping Fees
- Dhaka: A flat fee of ৳80 TAKA may apply for local delivery, which will be shown during checkout.
- Out of Dhaka: The shipping charge only for out of Dhaka ৳120 TAKA will be displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available) Click here. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier's website. If you do not receive tracking information, or if you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at info@meterbdshop.com or call us at 01712345678.
6. Delivery Issues
a. Delayed or Lost Packages
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays may cause shipping delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your package.
b. Wrong or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly when placing your order. Meter BD Shop is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you realize you have made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@meterbdshop.com or +8801771117273 to correct it before the order is shipped.
c. Missed Deliveries
- If the delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, the courier service may leave a notice or attempt delivery again. For local deliveries within Dhaka, our delivery personnel may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship orders within Bangladesh. If you are located outside Bangladesh, please contact us at info@meterbdshop.com to discuss any special arrangements or future availability.
8. Order Cancellations and Changes
You may request a change or cancellation of your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at info@meterbdshop.com or +8801771117273 if you need to modify your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with any damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Send us an email at info@meterbdshop.com with your order number, photos of the damaged items, and a brief description of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
10. Returns and Exchanges
