100ml Sterile Sampling Bottle

It is mainly used for the determination of water samples of coliform bacteria by enzyme substrate method. 100ml sterile sampling bottle / quantitative bottle is a product with 51-hole or 97-hole quantitative detection plate , colitech enzyme substrate reagent and program controlled quantitative sealer. According to the instructions, 100ml water samples were accurately measured with 100ml aseptic sampling bottle / quantitative bottle. The reagents were dissolved in the quantitative detection plate / quantitative hole plate, then seal plate with a program-controlled quantitative sealing machine and culture it about 24h, then count the positive cells. Check the MPN table to calculate the MPN concentration value in the water sample.

Each box contains 200 100ml sterile sampling bottles / quantitative bottles
Note: the bottle contains sodium thiosulfate for sampling with residual chlorine water samples.
No sodium thiosulfate was used for sampling without residual chlorine.
Sterilization instructions
Each batch of 100ml aseptic sampling bottle was sterilized before leaving factory.

Operation description

1. Take out 1 sterile sampling bottles / quantitative bottles in the packing box. Check whether the bottle is damaged or not

1. Tear off the tear line on the bottle cap by hand, unscrew the bottle cap,

and the rest of the operation follows  instructions of colitech enzyme substrate reagent  and quantitative detection of plate. manual operation of a program controlled quantitative sealer.

1. the waste is treated in accordance with the regulations of the microorganism laboratory.
