AE30 30L High Shear Disperser Emulsifier Machine

AE30 is designed for lab sample handling by emulsifying, homogenizing and dispersing, at small lab scale from 150ml to 30,000ml(H2O), suitable for pharmacy, food, cosmetics, biology, pigment, ink, pesticides etc.
Compared with previous models, AE30 has stronger power and higher torque, more suitable for high viscosity material. The compact structure allows small sample as less as 150ml.

How to choose a stator ring with correct hole shape?

① for low viscosity liquid, or small sized particle, recommend to use “small round” hole type ring.

② for medium viscosity and medium sized particle, recommend to use “square” hole type ring.

③ for high viscosity and big sized particle, recommend to use “long” or “big round” hole type rings.
