Description:
Lever type oedometer and pneumatic oedometer are the two most commonly used consolidation test equipment in China. We all know the disadvantages of the lever type oedometer, while the disadvantage of the pneumatic oedometer is that the test pressure sequence of dozens of oedometers must be the same. Lower level loads can be applied or the test can be ended only after all samples are compressed and stabilized. The test cycle is relatively long, which affect the utilization of equipment, and each channel cannot be controlled separately, In addition, because of the friction, the preload of 1KPa cannot be controlled, and even the force of 12.5KPa cannot be controlled within the accuracy range of 1%, which is estimated by software. First, such systems must be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as gas pumps, pressure stabilizing filter devices, and air pressure networks, which can only be put into use after being installed and debugged by professional technicians on site; The requirements for installation and test operation are high, and improper operation will directly affect the accuracy of test results.
Features:
1. This technology enables the consolidation test to automatically load and unload according to the set test pressure sequence without external pressure source (such as air pump), so as to save energy and environmental protection without disturbing the residents. The test pressure is ≥ 5kPa ≤ the maximum allowable pressure. The pressure sequence can be set arbitrarily within the most important pressure range, especially for the test that requires applying the dead weight pressure P0 of the sample. Each test process is controlled independently. After the test, the sample can be replaced and restarted, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the equipment. During the test, automatically track and control the applied set pressure with variable speed according to the compression change of each sample, and always keep the force on the sample constant. The initial value of consolidation test, that is, the displacement reset value of1kPa, is also true and effective. If the test of applying the dead weight pressure P0 is conducted, the P0 pressure required to be applied to each sample can be set, which can be applied at one time or by stages. This is impossible for any oedometer in the past.
2. Networking with microcomputer
Several dozen oedometers can be connected to the same network by means of a network port. The on-site installation is very simple. The microcomputer provides single control and dozens of group control operations, which are very simple.
3. Independent operation and self starting
The acquisition controller of the oedometer can operate independently, that is, no microcomputer support is required after the test. During the test, the test site and the collected data will be automatically protected when the power is interrupted. After the power is restored, the test will be resumed automatically at the test site.
