Dust Monitoring System

Overview:

As my country’s requirements for environmental governance become higher and higher, PM2.5 has become an increasingly important indicator for environmental monitoring, and dust in the air, as an important component affecting the PM2.5 index, has also become the object of monitoring by environmental protection departments at all levels. The current main means of detecting dust is manual sampling and analysis, which has low detection efficiency and wastes a lot of manpower and material resources. In order to improve air quality, our company uses wireless sensor technology and laser dust testing equipment to self-develop an all-weather outdoor dust monitoring system-dust online monitoring equipment and instruments. In addition to dust monitoring, it can also monitor PM2.5, PM10, PM1.0, TSP, noise, ambient temperature, ambient humidity, wind speed, wind direction and other environmental factors. The test data of each test point is directly uploaded to the monitoring background through wireless communication, which greatly saves the monitoring cost of the environmental protection department and improves the monitoring efficiency.

System composition:

This system consists of data collectors, sensors, video monitoring systems, wireless transmission systems, background data processing systems and information monitoring and management platforms. The monitoring substation integrates multiple functions such as atmospheric PM2.5 and PM10 monitoring, environmental temperature and humidity and wind speed and direction monitoring, noise monitoring, video monitoring and pollutant exceeding video capture (optional), toxic and harmful gas monitoring (optional); the data platform is an Internet-based networked platform with monitoring functions for each substation and alarm processing, recording, query, statistics, report output and other functions for data. The system can also be linked with various pollution control devices to achieve the purpose of automatic control.

Product features:

1. Real-time online monitoring is realized 24 hours a day.

2. In order to provide accurate particle concentration information, multiple sensors can be connected and remotely transmitted to a large display screen.

3. Alarm management is set. After exceeding the limit, text messages are sent to the designated mobile phone to provide timely warnings to improve the effectiveness of real-time monitoring.

4. Temporary failures of external power supply and communication system will not affect data collection. After communication is restored, delayed data can be automatically downloaded; permanent power failure will not lose the collected and stored data.

5. Support real-time display of data such as color LCD and LED outdoor display screens of various sizes. (Outdoor display screens can be customized according to customer needs)

6. Realize data storage management, graphical display of data at monitoring points, curve analysis, over-limit and over-standard alarm statistics, etc., to provide decision-making basis for regulatory authorities.
