Main performance characteristics:

1. Using a 320 x 240 dot matrix 5.7-inch large LCD Chinese display, real-time display of various temperatures and operating conditions, perfectly achieving online monitoring;

2. Power on self-test, six independent temperature control (independent temperature control for vaporization chamber and capillary vaporization chamber), and fifth order programmed heating function;

3. Wide range self diagnosis function, when the instrument malfunctions, it will automatically display the fault phenomenon, fault code, fault cause in Chinese, assist in quickly finding and solving the fault, and ensure that the laboratory is in good working condition;

4. Over temperature expansion function: If any circuit exceeds the set temperature, the instrument will automatically shut down and alarm;

5. The carrier gas cut-off and leakage protection function automatically cuts off the power supply and stops heating when the carrier gas pressure is insufficient, effectively protecting the chromatographic column and thermal conductivity detector from damage;

6. The intelligent fuzzy control rear door opening system automatically tracks temperature and dynamically adjusts the angle of the air door, achieving precise temperature control even near room temperature;

Insulating oil can decompose into hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and various small molecule hydrocarbon gases under the action of heat and electricity. The type and severity of internal faults in oil filled equipment are closely related to the composition and gas production rate of these gases< According to the Guidelines for Dissolved Gas and Determination in Variable Pressure Gasoline, if the content of each gas component in the chromatographic analysis of oil shows an increasing trend or exceeds the attention value, the gas production rate should be closely observed to preliminarily determine whether there is overheating or discharge fault. At present, transformer oil dedicated chromatograph has become an essential detection equipment for fault tracking of oil filling equipment in the power system and ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.

Advanced chromatography column installation mode: Using three chromatography columns and three detectors (FID I.TCD.
