Datalogging Anemometers automatically record up to 99 datapoints internally or nearly unlimited with the included 2GB SD card. The removable SD card is easy to transport and insert into a computer’s memory card slot or SD card reader. Uploads pre-formatted data to Excel, without the need for additional software and cables. Each data set includes air speed, air temperature, time and date. Features min/max, auto power off, low battery indicator and hold function. The thermoelectric hot wire anemometers heat a wire to a specified temperature and measure the cooling rate. The cooling rate is proportional to air speed. Thermoelectric measurement provides high accuracy in high and low velocities. Faster and more sensitive response times than the vane type anemometers. Hot wire anemometers are not suitable for environments that are dusty, humid and/or corrosive, or where the ambient temperature has rapid fluctuations. Range: 40 ~ 3940 Ft/min or 0.2 ~ 25.0 m/S.
