The Leica DM500 microscopes provide superior image quality along with durability and a practical design that truly meets your needs. The brightfield achromatic model offers 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x plan objectives. This model comes with led illumination that offers a minimum of 25,000 hours of daylight color temperature illumination (the bulbs do not burn out at 25,000 hours, but dim in brightness), and many other Leica unique features such as Agtreat™, which helps prevent the spread of surface bacteria. The universal power source allows easy conversion when used with the local country power cord. Power supply: 100-240V, 50/60 Hz with standard U.S. power cord.
