The function and principle of magnetic stirrer

Magnetic stirrers are laboratory instruments for liquid mixing, mainly for stirring or simultaneously heating a

nd stirring low-viscosity liquid or solid-liquid mixtures. The basic principle is to use the magnetic field of the

same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction principle, and use the magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer

placed in the container to rotate in a circle, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid. With the heating

temperature control system, the sample temperature can be heated and controlled according to the specific

experimental requirements, maintaining the temperature conditions required by the experimental conditions,

and ensuring that the liquid mixing meets the experimental requirements.

How to use magnetic stirrer and precautions:

1. When using this instrument, please first check whether the accessories are complete,

2. Then install the fixtures in order, and place the solution to be stirred in the middle of the chrome plate.

3. Add the solution and put the stirrer in the beaker solution, then plug in the power plug of the instrument first,

then turn on the power supply and turn on the power speed control switch, the indicator light is on, and it starts to work.

4. Select the temperature you need. The speed regulation is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed.

It is not allowed to start directly at high speed, so as to avoid the agitator being out of synchronization and causing beating.

5. It cannot be heated when it is not stirring. The heating is controlled by a band switch, and the power supply should be cut off when it is not working.

6. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and the solution is strictly prohibited from entering the machine.

2. Matters needing attention:

(1) When stirring, it is found that the stirrer is beating or not stirring, check whether the beaker is stable and the position is correct.

(2) Medium-speed operation can prolong the service life.

(3) Please connect the ground wire when using it.
