TA–1.0 Laboratory Offline Total Organic Carbon Analyzer TOC tester
TA-1.0 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer is the high-precision offline total organic carbon analysis instrument. The product uses the electrical conductivity difference detection technology, adopting the principle of ultraviolet catalytic oxidation, with high accuracy and short response time. The instrument completely conforms to the requirements of the national pharmacopoeia, and it can meet the offline testing requirements for the deionized water such as pharmaceutical water (injection water and purified water) and ultrapure water, which is widely used in on line monitoring and laboratory testing of pharmaceutical water (purified water, injection water), and cleaning validation, electronic industry, food industry, etc.
Oxidation organism by UV lamp and convert organic stuff into carbon dioxide, which detection adopted by direct conductivity method. The total organic carbon is the difference of the total carbon (TC) concentration in samples tested after oxidation and not oxidation of the sample total inorganic carbon(TIC), namely: TOC = TC- (TIC).

1. There is no need of nitrogen, oxygen, acid reagent, oxidant, so the operation is simple and the cost is low.
2. Designed for testing the total organic carbon content of pharmaceutical water (TOC content below 1000ppb), specifically for testing in offline test mode.
3. The intelligent level is high, as it is equipped with automatic sampler, and the system adaptability validation can be done automatically.
4. Equipped with a large amount of storage space, able to store a large amount of test data.
5. It has the limit alarm design, and when the test sample exceeds the prescribed limit, the instrument makes automatic alarm.
6. The instrument uses scientific user hierarchy management and electronic signature technology.
7. Adopt high-sensitivity CPU to increase the sensitivity of data testing and the repeatability of test results.
8. It is in conformity with the test scheme as specified in the new edition of state pharmacopoeia.
