Illumination Incubator for plant growth and tissue culture

Application:

It is widely used for plant growth and tissue culture, seed Germination, seedling raising, microbial culture test, rearing of insects and small animals, BOD determination of water quality monitoring, aging and service life test of medicinal materials, timber and building materials, etc. The light source with Illuminance 5000LUX, so it will be similar as the sun function, and give the illumination. The precise controller will control the temperature from 0 to 50℃(No Light 0~50°C, with Light 10~50°C). It will have 3blocks inside of the incubator, so it can put more plant or seed on it, then the light can be average to each layer.

1. The shell is sprayed with cold-rolled steel plate and adopts integral sealing heat preservation.

2. The microcomputer LCD controller with day and night switching control mode, can meet the user control parameters set.

3. LCD controller with Time display function, to grasp the experimental time more convenient and simple. The backlight of the controller can be turned off. If there is a failure, the controller will timely alarm and display it.

4. Light-emitting chip lamp suitable for plant growth, light bead wavelength range of 400-780nm, luminous Color Temperature Index: 4500K.

5. The refrigeration adopts the brand compressor, uses the non-fluorine Environmental Protection Refrigerant; the intellectualized temperature adjustment way, will identify the environmental climate change automatically.

6. In order to achieve more stable experimental results, a specially designed air duct with horizontal and vertical circulation effect is adopted to ensure the uniformity of air flow in each layer of the sample.

7. The equipment is equipped with Air Inlet Control Valve, which can adjust the air circulation in and out of the box manually.

8. The control system has the functions of sound and light alarm, automatic interruption of operation due to exceeding the set high temperature range, and self-protection such as power failure and power recovery to protect the safety of samples and experimental environment.
