Description

Purpose:

The camera-type plant root analyzer is used for rapid photography and multi-parameter, batch automatic analysis of cleaned roots with a diameter of more than 0.5mm. The whole system consists of a high-speed camera, analysis software (PC side), and a computer (self-provided). Its imaging speed is 20 times faster than that of the scanning model.

Main performance indicators:

1. 20 megapixel color camera with autofocus. The maximum effective analysis area is 297mm×210mm. It is particularly suitable for rapid automatic analysis and measurement of roots with a diameter of more than 0.5mm.

2. Analytical measurements:

(1) Total root length;

(2) Branching frequency;

(3) Average root diameter;

(4) Median root diameter;

(5) Maximum diameter;

(6) Total root area;

(7) Total projected area;

(8) Total root volume;

(9) Root tip count;

(10) Fork count;

(11) Overlap count;

(12) Root diameter grade distribution parameters;

(13) User-defined segmented diameters at unequal intervals, automatically measuring the length, projected area, surface area, volume, etc. of each diameter segment, and its distribution parameters.

(14) Root color analysis can be performed to determine the number of surviving roots, and output the diameter, length, projected area, surface area, and volume of roots of different colors.

(15) It can perform topological analysis of the root system, automatically determine the number of root connections, relationship angles, etc., and can also automatically analyze the length, area, volume, etc. of the main root or any lateral root separately. It can display the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the marked root system separately (customizable at unequal intervals).

(16) It can automatically measure the fractal dimension of the root system using the box dimension method. It can analyze the proportion of rhizobium volume in the root system to objectively determine the contribution of rhizobium body.

(17) It can perform large-scale fully automatic root system analysis, and can edit and correct each analysis result graph.

(18) It can perform large-scale automated estimation of root biomass distribution.

(19) It can analyze the characteristics of the angle of azimuth, horizontal angle analysis, and main root extraction analysis.

(20) Each analysis image, distribution map, and result data can be saved and exported to an Excel table, and the analysis mark map can be exported.

(21) The instrument has cloud platform support, and the analysis data can be saved to the cloud for viewing anytime and anywhere.
