Structure Characters

1. The product is heated by the immersed electro-thermal tube. It featured to quick rise temperature

and low power consumption (saving about 50% of energy as compares with electric stove).

2.The container is made of 0Cr19Ni9 (stainless steel), which is not only alkali & acid proof but also more than

3 times more tensile and compressive than aluminum alloy, ensuring safety and service life.

3.The lid is equipped with safety valve and air releasing valve. When the steam pressure exceeds 0.16MPa,

the safety valve can automatically release the pressure that is too high, having double safety function and featuring

safety and reliability in use. The lid is also equipped with a pressure gauge with megabar and temperature readings, which conveniences the user.

Before the operation of the autoclave:

1. When the autoclave is not used for a long time, the entire system needs to be pre-washed four times.

2. The instrument must be installed in strict accordance with the instrument installation instructions provided

in the user manual to ensure the correct connection of the pipeline to avoid leakage.

In the operation control of the autoclave:

1. Before pressing the run key, it is necessary to confirm: the correct cleaning head has been installed; it has been placed correctly;

the appropriate program and parameter values have been selected.

2. To prevent liquid from entering the pump, dump the waste liquid in time.

3. If the surface of the autoclave is contaminated with biohazardous substances, clean it with a neutral disinfectant.

4. Keep the slideway clean and dry to avoid clogging; if there is liquid spilled, wipe it dry in time. An autoclave is a high-pressure

container that uses a pressure higher than normal pressure to raise the boiling point of water to a high temperature above 100°C to sterilize liquids or utensils.

Autoclave Notes:

1. If the autoclave needs to stop the program in the middle, the operator can press the stop button for a long time to stop the

program in the middle and the system will automatically discharge the pressure, and the pressure reset system will also alarm by itself.

2. The plastic bag that packs the blood sample should be tightly wrapped and should not touch the inner wall of the pressure cooker.

3. Liquid items cannot be sterilized using the “bare instrument” procedure, and liquid items will be emptied during the sterilization process.

4. The autoclave is suitable for medical and health undertakings, scientific research, agriculture and other units to sterilize medical equipment,

dressings, glassware, solution culture medium, etc.
