SKZ1014B Package Vertical Steam Boiler —50L

The tester is suitable for the steam test of food packaging and other correlative films .It is also the optimal
equipment for axenic packaging test.
Working principle:
Adopt the electricity heating method, heat directly after in pouring the water , produce the high pressure
steam needed to steam the specimen, to compress the air from the outside after steaming, the temperature
of the specimen will decline to 30～40℃, after quick-deep freezing hydraulic pressure for 3 minutes.
Character：
it can do operations: poach and quick-deep freezing anti-pressure steam；set up over loading protection of
the heater and warning buzzer when the test finished；set up two safety valves，when steam pressure is
over 0.25MPa, it release itself；when the inner temperature is up to 140℃，the power cuts off
automatically.
