Description:
1.The YZS-3 fully automatic heavy-duty hydraulic power penetration tester is a new type of product improved by our factory on the basis of the ZDT II heavy-duty electric power penetration tester. It not only has electric products that can solve the disadvantages of slow, tiring, and excessive manual operation, but also solves the problems of lack of power supply and inconvenient power connection in field operations. In terms of mechanics, we guarantee the accuracy of the weight (65.3kg) and drop distance (760mm) of the piercing hammer.

Unpacking test machine and use:
1. First, place the instrument on a flat surface and stabilize it.2. Start the gasoline engine and let it idle for 1-2 minutes. At this time, move the lifting manual valve upwards to lift the hammer frame until it can be connected to the probe rod, which is not easy to rise too high. (Be sure to install the safety gear lever before installing the probe)
3. After lifting, install the probe rod with a probe into the sleeve hole under the hammer frame. When installing the first probe rod, a central locator should be installed under the main frame to align the probe rod. After alignment, first remove the safety gear rod, and then move the lifting manual valve downward to slowly lower and connect the hammer frame. The lifting cylinder of the lifting hammer frame must continue to descend to the bottom before it can work, and then remove the center locator that aligns and centers the probe rod. After the hammer lifting frame is lowered to the bottom, move the working valve upwards, and then the machine starts working. After hitting the required number or depth of blows, move the working rod of the working valve to the middle position, and the hammer stops working. If the hammer does not fall to the bottom after the work stops, the working valve can be moved downwards. Once the hammer reaches the bottom, immediately move the working rod back to the middle position.
4. Due to the fact that this machine is driven by a gasoline engine and powered by a hydraulic press, it does not have counting and automatic shutdown functions. After hitting the required number of blows, it needs to be manually stopped
5. After removing the first probe rod, follow the above steps to lift the hammer frame, install the second probe rod, and repeat the above steps.
