Three-cup Wind Speed Sensor-WD12/10 Three-Cup Wind Speed and Wind Direction Sensor Working Principle-How to Use

(1) Wind speed and direction sensors should be installed vertically on the cross arms at a distance of more than 1 meter.

(2) The lower part of the sensor is sleeved on the mast with a diameter of less than φ60m, and the 120o is evenly divided into three M5 threads for the installation part.

(3) When the wind direction sensor is installed with the wind vane, the wind gauge should be passed through the wind vane cap of the head of the wind direction sensor, and the balance hammer should be installed on the side of the wind direction hat with the marker.

When the sensor is flattened and the wind bar is moved, the counterweight and the wind indicator are in a balanced position. When the wind vane is adjusted vertically and the ground after standing upright, tighten and fix the wind direction rod

The brake screws on the windsock cap will do.

(4) There is a north mark point on the upper shell of the wind direction sensor, which should be aimed at the north when installing.

(5) The wind direction sensor has been adjusted to zero, and the brake screw between the wind direction cap and the spindle is not allowed to be loosened at will.

(6) It is recommended that the wind sensor should be oiled once a year, and the wind speed frame or wind direction cap should be removed when the oil is injected, and the instrument oil should be injected from the upper bearing of the sensor.
