Application:
TP-259 Water-soluble Acid-base Number Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 259. It is suitable for the determination of water-soluble acid and water-soluble alkali in fluid petroleum products.
This instrument uses distilled water or ethanol aqueous solution to extract water-soluble acid and water-soluble alkali in the sample, and then uses methyl orange or phenolphthalein indicator to check the color change of the extract, or use an acid meter to determine the pH of the extract to determine the presence or absence of water-soluble acid or water-soluble base.
