★Description:

The Aerobic count, also known as Total Viable count, refers to the total number of bacterial colonies in 1mL(g) samples or samples processed from per unit area under certain culture conditions, which is the most common item for microbiology test.

The Aerobic count Plate is a pre-prepared disposable culture system that contains standard nutrient medium, cold-water soluble water absorbing gelling agent, and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) as a dehydrogenase indicator, which facilitates less count time and enhanced visualized interpretation with colonies colored red on the test plate.
