TP-200 Vibration screen is a high-performance silent vibration screening filter designed with special vibration motor as vibration source and referring to the characteristics of domestic and foreign vibration screening machines. This series of products can be used in laboratories and scientific research departments of national defense industry, light industry, agriculture, metallurgy, cement, geology, chemical industry, medicine, foundry, ceramics, diamond, coal, petroleum, dyestuff, non-metal, etc. as grading screening or liquid filtration of solid powder. It is a test instrument for data acquisition and scientific research.

Characteristics of the structure

The machine has stable vibration performance, no noise, small size, simple structure, easy operation and  maintenance, and the contact parts with raw materials are made of stainless steel (except standard screen).

Environmental Conditions

1.  Elevation not exceeding 1000 meters

2. Turnover ambient temperature: – 5-40 degrees Celsius;

3.  Relative temperature should not exceed 90% (below 20 degrees Celsius);

4. There is no conductive dust and gas that can corrode and destroy insulation in the turnover medium.
