Product Description:
The circular water bath nitrogen blowing instrument utilizes blowing and trapping technology, and can also control temperature and heat the sample. The sample solution can be quickly, controllably, and continuously concentrated without oxygen by blowing inert gases such as nitrogen onto the surface of the sample. This method has the characteristics of time-saving, convenience, and accuracy. Widely used in food safety, medicine, pesticide residue detection, clinical pharmacokinetics and other fields.
Main features:
1. The circular water bath nitrogen blowing instrument is suitable for containers of different specifications such as test tubes, conical flasks, and centrifuge tubes.
2. Number of sample digits: 12/24 digits, the sample holder of the spring test tube clamp is fixed and positioned, and each sample is numbered.
3. The test tube is fixed in position by a spring-loaded test tube clamp and support plate, and the height direction can be adjusted arbitrarily.
4. The needle shaped valve tube with free lifting can independently lift each air duct to a suitable height according to the size of the test tube and the amount of solvent. At the same time, the adjustable needle shaped valve can control the gas flow rate.
5. Circular structure, rotating freely, convenient for sample holder to enter and exit the water bath, and easy to operate.
6. Intelligent digital temperature controller, capable of timing, dual digital display, PID technology adjustment, and can achieve over temperature alarm and anti dry burning.
7. All components of the circular nitrogen blowing instrument are uniformly made of stainless steel and can withstand organic solvents such as acid and alkali.
8. Regulating valve: Ensure good airtightness and durability.
When concentrating toxic solvents, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood.
