★Description:

The Coliform count is one of the important food hygiene indicators, which has been widely used in the food hygiene inspection and test at present. The Coliform mostly exist in feces of warm blooded animals, and places where human activities dominate or is polluted by excrements. The number of Coliforms can indicate the degree of contamination in the food and during its production process.

The Coliform Count Plate contains selective culture medium, Coliform specific galactosidase as a color indicator, and polymer absorbing gelling agent. It adopts microbial test strip proprietary technology to facilitate a one-step rapid test.
