Triplex Consolidation Apparatus Single Lever High Pressure
Standards:
GB/T 4935.1-2008 Geotechnical Test Instruments – Oedometer – Part 1: Single Lever Oedometer
Description:
This instrument is used for soil compression test, to determine the relationship between soil deformation and pressure, or between void ratio and pressure, as well as the relationship between deformation and time, to calculate the unit settlement, compression coefficient and index, resilience index, compression modulus, consolidation coefficient, etc. The measurement items are determined according to the needs of the factory. It is a high pressure oedometer following the low pressure and medium pressure oedometers. It can be used for low voltage test, medium voltage test and high voltage test.
Product structure:
This machine is mainly composed of compression vessel (see Figure 1) and pressurizing equipment (see Figure 2). At the same time, three groups of tests can be carried out, and the bearing structure is used as the stress point.
5, Installation and use method
1. The instrument shall be placed in a dry and vibration free room and placed stably (it is better to use bolts to fix the feet).
2. Before use, the lever shall be leveled as follows:
(1) Put the lever leveling clamp on the vessel support when the load is unloaded, clamp the beam between them, and keep the beam pull rod vertical.
(2) Turn the counterweight to adjust the lever above the level, and fix the counterweight with M14 nut. At this time, remove the lever leveling clamp, and then the loading test can be carried out.
(3) According to the requirements of the test specification, load the soil sample step by step (see Table I).
Precautions:
(1) Because the lever is adjusted and leveled before no load, it is not necessary to level it in the process of progressive loading. With the sinking of the soil sample, the lever inclines downward. To prevent the lever from tipping to the bottom dead center and affecting the loading, the lever is raised to the top dead center (i.e. tilting upward) before the first stage of loading. The maximum compression is 10mm.
(2) The lever ratio is 24:1 (for 30cm2 and 20:1 (for 50cm2). When using, it is only necessary to move the swinging pin of the hanging disc (the lever level must be corrected first).
(3) This machine is not equipped with a dial indicator with a measuring range of 10 mm (its apparent value shall not exceed 0.22 mm), and the error of any rotation shall not exceed 0.012 mm (please provide it by yourself).
Note: The lever sensitivity check weight plus M5 * 16 screw is the preload weight.
