The high resolution of the HZ series allows for clearer observation of the measured object, and with 8 different color palettes, it can adapt to temperature measurement in more scenes. Supports precise temperature measurement from -10 ° C to+450 ° C (± 2 ° C or ± 2%).

Supports multiple image display modes

1. Single infrared thermal imaging, full range temperature measurement, and the temperature of each point on the screen can be tested.
2. Visible light display mode, clear at a glance, non professionals can easily measure temperature, and learn to use it in comparison with infrared images.
3. Edge fusion of visible light images allows for the visualization of infrared image distribution and temperature measurement, as well as the simultaneous display of visible light details.
4. Overlay fusion. Partial colors of visible light can be overlaid on infrared thermal imaging to make the background clearer and facilitate environmental recognition.
5. Picture in picture mode. Highlight the temperature measurement of the central part. Suitable for fast conversion between visible and infrared images, identifying problem areas.
6. image enhancement. Under each color palette, three different image enhancement modes can be selected to match different tested objects and ambient temperatures, allowing for a more prominent selection of the tested object itself or background details.

Flexible temperature measurement

1. Support center point temperature measurement, automatic tracking of high and low temperatures, and can shield other high and low temperature interference by setting the high and low temperature tracking of the area.
2. Regional temperature measurement. Partial areas can be selected for center point, high and low temperature tracking, shielding the interference of high temperature points in the lower right corner (as shown in the figure below). This temperature measurement area can be adjusted, enlarged or reduced to meet the needs of different scenarios. When selecting the area for temperature measurement, the color bar on the right displays the temperature distribution of the global picture
3. Visible light mode temperature measurement. Satisfy non professionals who are not familiar with infrared technology to conduct temperature measurement and search, usually by searching for the highest temperature point to find the fault point.

Image saving and analysis

When shooting, save one Tiff format image at a time, which contains three frames at the same time. You can use various general image viewing software to view different frame images (only the temperature of each pixel in the image can be viewed through our image analysis software, and the general image viewing software can only view images and does not support temperature analysis：

• Take photos of the actual picture status during on-site work
• The raw infrared image captured
• Visible light images captured

Considering the anomalies that users may encounter during on-site shooting, they can import the images into our image analysis software afterwards. By performing secondary analysis and editing on the images, it is convenient for customers to edit, analyze, and output reports without the need to go to the site for shooting, saving customers time.

Analysis software

After the images are imported into the analysis software, preliminary screening can be performed on the captured images based on the temperature range and temperature difference values within the images, filtering out unnecessary images and improving production efficiency.

Supports point temperature measurement, line temperature measurement, elliptical temperature measurement, rectangular temperature measurement, and polygonal temperature measurement, and can display the highest, lowest, and average temperatures in the selected area. You can choose to analyze on infrared thermal imaging or visible light.
