Main Application
This machine is developed for meeting lubricants research, development and producing user requirements to be a highly cost effective lab test equipment. It determines the bearing capacity of lubricant in form of sliding friction under much high point contact pressure, including maximum non-seizure load PB, sintering load PD, composite wear value ZMZ etc. This machine can do lubricant long time wear resistance test to determine the friction coefficient, record friction force and temperature curve. Electro-hydraulic servo type four ball friction test machine can be equipped optional high precision test device and can achieve the friction pair friction spot calculating screen display, measurement and record. With special accessory, it can also carry out the simulation test for end face wear and material.
