NADE ZL-2000D Laboratory Vacuum Seed Counting&Placing Instrument

The ZL-2000D Vacuum Seed Counting& Placing Instrument was specially designed for seed counting, seed suction and seed placing in seed germination experiment. It was composed of the main body, the sucker and the suction head. The lower part of the instrument body has been fixed with high speed vacuumed fan machine which has a strong suction and could receive 24kpa of vacuum degree and a low noise. A feculence isolation bag was placed inside of the middle of the instrument body, thus the sundries and moisture which has been sucked into the instrument bogy could be easily cleaned out. A suction regulation switch was fixed on the exterior of instrument body, the suction could be regulated depending on the size of seed granule. A deflation switch was placed on the inserted handle of the extension sucker to ensure the steady dropt of the seed. The button control switch was placed on the exterior of the instrument. The instrument was equipped with 5 seed sucker whose size was corresponded with the common germination box to satisfy the germination of different kind of seed germination experiment.

1. Pinch the two sides of the tube main sucker, insert the sucker inside the instrument body till it is locked. Choose a cupula which is fit with the seed size. Check the holes of the cupula to make sure that it’s smooth, the cupula hatch direct adown, meet the sucker.

2. Prepare a incubation utensil which has been filled up with germination bed, put the clean seed into the corresponded seed filling tray and wait for use.

3. Turn on the switch, according to the size of the seed suction on the fuselage adjusting sliding torsion adjust suction, also can adjust switch to adjust on the bent pipe, suction adjust to just make each hole can absorb a seed is advisable.

4. Two ways of sucking the seeds.

4.1 Put the cupula in the seed stack and move back and forth for several time,institute the cupula move the superabundant seed by the cleaning rod, fill the short seed manually.

4.2 Lift the empty cupula to the upper side equally, splash the seed into the cupula evenly, shake gently to pour the superabundant seed on the opening side, ensure the accuracy of the seed number at the same way as 4.1.

5. Place the cupula on the paper or sand bed of the incubation utensil, loose the switch at the bend. then open up the syphon regulation switch thoroughly, lift the cupula when the suction is excluded thoroughly. Then the seed might be dropped onto the germination bed evenly which means the ending of a seed counting and placing process.

6. After the experiment is finished, pull out the pin and press the power wire incoming switch at the back side of the instrument body, to avoid jumping, hold the pin and placing it at the back side of the instrument before pressing the button.
