Product Introduction:

The rice appearance quality detector can automatically measure the area, length diameter, short diameter, aspect ratio, roundness, and equivalent diameter of each grain. It can be used for precise automatic detection of various appearance quality indicators of various types of rice (polished rice, brown rice, glutinous rice, etc.), and can perform multi parameter and batch automatic analysis

Main technical indicators:

1. Equipped with a dual light source color scanner with an optical resolution of 4800 x 9600 and an A4 extension for imaging. The scanning format is 30 cm x 20 cm, with a minimum pixel size of 0.0053mm x 0.0026 mm.

2. It can automatically measure and analyze the chalkiness/rate, broken rice rate and small broken rice rate, whole milled rice quantity, whole milled rice rate, national standard level that can directly detect rice transparency, yellow grain rice, rice color yellowing index and rice whiteness measurement, miscellaneous quality, different varieties of grains, incomplete grains (immature grains), as well as the shady rice rate, disease spot or yellowing rate of glutinous rice. It can also automatically analyze the crack rate of rice and the embryo rate of brown rice.

3. Automatically measure the area, length diameter, short diameter, aspect ratio, roundness, and equivalent diameter of each grain (length measurement error ≤ ± 0.05mm, aspect ratio measurement error ≤ ± 0.05, reproducibility error ≤ ± 0.02; whole rice rate and broken rice rate index measurement error ≤ ± 1.0%, reproducibility error ≤ ± 0.25%).

4. It can automatically measure and analyze the blackness, black rice rate, whole black rice rate, broken rice rate, and small broken rice rate of black rice samples weighing over 30g in one go, fully complying with the relevant detection indicators in the NY/T 832-2004 standard.

5. Can automatically analyze, process, and output results in large quantities. Corresponding to the national standards GB/T1350 for rice, GB/T17891 for high-quality rice or GB1354-2018 for rice, the new standard of the Ministry of Agriculture [Rice] NY/T2334-2013, the classification and judgment of rice grain types LS/T6116-2016, the grain industry standard rice LS/T 3247-2017, GB/T 35881-2018 for grain and oil inspection, the image analysis method for determining the content of yellow grains in rice, etc., the quality ratio and grain number ratio of each indicator are tested.

6. Equipped with automatic learning and recognition features, it can automatically segment sticky rice and seeds, and perform automatic classification analysis.

7. The analysis images, distribution maps, and result data can be saved, and the analysis results can be output to an Excel table. The analysis label map, as well as the arrangement and measurement maps output by width, length, area, etc., can be output.

8. Equipped with sample barcode and electronic balance RS232 data software interface. The range of seeds that can be simultaneously measured is 0.25-20mm, with an automatic counting accuracy of ≥ 99%, and an accuracy rate of 100% after interactive correction.
