TYF fire-resistant oil purifier

Application:

TYF series fire resistant oil purifier machine is a new generation vacuum oil purifier specially designed for unqualified phosphate ester fire resistant fluids (in EHC System), which can carry out regeneration and purification treatment of deteriorated fire resistant oil, and effectively remove the acid, pigment, gas, water content and impurities. It adopts materials which are compatible with fire resistant oil, and vacuum dehydration, multistage fine filtration(ICB filter,volume resistivity filter and stainless steel filter), new type resin exchange deacidification and other oil treatment technology. After treatment, the fire resistant oil reaches qualified standards. It is mainly applicable for purification and regeneration of fire resistant hydraulic oil in large and medium-sized thermal power plant control system, fire resistant oil (EHC) system and mechanical equipment. it can be used for process of online operation, movable oil filtration, new oil filling etc.  It can extend the service life of fire resistant oil and maintain the host security and save energy.

4.With powerful filtration capacity for impurities.Adopts filtration material with compound microporous structure which has the ages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good mechanical strength and long service life, and can filter the fine particles in the oil at a deep level.

5.Strong dehydration and degassing capacity. Using special designed three-dimensional evaporation element, can quickly remove large amounts of water in the oil; and the vacuum system of the vacuum pump is adopted for large displacement, which can discharge the evaporated water content and other gases quickly;

6.Exceptional deaciding and decoloring capacity. The equipment uses special and high efficiency adsorbent to deaciding and decoloring treatment, which can effectively remove acid and pigment in the oil.

7.Equipped with perfect protection device. Through each implementation components of the equipment,it provides a full protection in terms of temperature, pressure, vacuum, power outages, overpressure, undervoltage, overload,etc, which can effectively ensure the normal operations of equipment, and prevent accidents occurring.

8.Equipped with electrical control system which is easy to operate, reliable, and can be unattended.

9.The high temperature water vapor and other gases evaporated in the vacuum separator will be treated with condensation, dewatering and drying process , which can effectively enhance the output power of the equipment, and prolong the service life of the vacuum pump greatly.
