Description:

It is composed of four parts: test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and test instruments. The accuracy grade of the test machine is better than grade 1.
The products with strong versatility can meet all the standard tests in the international regulations on metal tensile test, and can also realize the tensile, compression, bending, shear and other types of tests on different materials or products according to other standards. The tensile strength, yield strength, specified non proportional extension strength, elastic modulus and other performance indicators of the measured materials can be obtained, and the constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, constant rate displacement Constant rate strain and other closed-loop control can be used to verify the process qualification performance of materials or products.
The testing machine is a six column, double space structure. There is a tensile space between the upper beam and the lower beam, and a compressed space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower beam up and down through the rotation of sprocket and lead screw. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with hydraulic control clamping jaws, and the standard model is equipped with V-shaped and plane jaws for clamping cylindrical samples and flat samples for tensile tests; The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressing plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressing plate with a spherical structure, which can be used for compression test directly
